Experienced technicians
Our staff represents almost a century of experience in the machine trades, with three Dept. of Labor certified Journeyman machinists, and select staff who are ASQ-certified and military-trained. Most of our calibration and machining staff have over 15 years of mechanical calibration industry experience.

InCal’s knowledgeable, highly-trained technical staff use the highest-end calibration devices available for mechanical calibration of machinery and equipment.
Our A2LA-accredited, climate-controlled calibration laboratory can perform accuracies to under 0.000002″ with our Pratt & Whitney ULM machines.
