Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days; but, we offer 1-, 2-, or 3-Day expedite options.

Our on-site visits are mainly designed for larger items not easily transported to us (i.e. surface places, optical comparators, hardness testers). However, we do our best to tailor our on-site visits based on customer requests and/or needs.

Typically, gages are placed on an annual calibration cycle (once per year), though it can vary depending on level of usage.

We place a 30 day warranty on all of our services.

Each job is quoted individually based on a gage’s make and model number.

Unfortunately, no. Due to the size of our client base, it would be difficult to service everyone in this area.

The InCal laboratory also meets the requirements of ANSI/NCSLI Z540-1-1994 and R205 This accreditation demonstrates technical competence for a defined scope and the operation of a laboratory quality management system.
